MT Sales Account Manager

Full-time, exempt role based in Hilliard, Ohio, with client and project-site visits as needed.

You build trust, communicate clearly, follow through, and stay calm when a client or project needs attention. You enjoy connecting people and details across Sales, Design, Build, and Operations, and you want your work to create satisfied clients, profitable projects, and repeat business.

The work

You will become the primary client contact after the sale. You’ll lead proactive updates, property walks, consultations, issue resolution, and internal alignment so projects stay on track and clients know what to expect. You’ll also help manage renewals, identify meaningful enhancements, support proposals, and keep account information and next actions current.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, property management, landscaping, construction, or a related industry

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong conflict resolution skills

Experience creating estimates or proposals preferred

Financial understanding of budgets and profitability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance

Experience with LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or CRM software

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Recruiting Process

The process includes an HR phone screen, an in-person Hiring Manager interview, a DISC Assessment, a leadership second interview, and required pre-offer reference checks.
