MS Classroom Support

Job Details: Job Location: Silverdale Baptist Academy - Chattanooga, TN, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Education, The classroom support staff member will provide assistance to the teacher in the classroom and follow the lead of that teacher.  They will assist grade-levels and teachers with what is needed on a day-to-day basis, including preparing materials, organizing activities, and supporting classroom management.  They also support the middle school staff in other areas and in helping students in a small group setting with tutoring and other duties that will support students.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written skills
Ability to collaborate with teachers and partner with parents
Understands that young children require a consistent, spiritual, safe, loving, and nurturing environment
Will partner with parents to raise children who have a heart for Christ as well as preparing them for success in future education
