Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mover to assist with residential and commercial moving services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be physically able to lift heavy items while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture and other items onto and from moving trucks.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
- Assist customers with relocating items into their new space.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
- Report any issues or damages to the supervisor/dispatcher.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in moving or warehousing is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Valid driver’s license is preferred (may require a commercial driver’s license).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
