What You’ll Do:
- Originate residential mortgage loans via self-sourced business or referral partners
- Guide clients through a smooth, compliant loan process
- Use LendingHouse platforms (Arive, MobilityRE, etc.) to manage your pipeline
- Maintain communication and transparency with borrowers and partners
Who You Are:
- Licensed MLO (active NMLS)
- 2+ years of mortgage origination experience
- Strong production history
- Professional, driven, and entrepreneurial
- W-2 or 1099 employment may be available depending on your location and licensing
