As an Illinois Central School Bus Monitor, your major responsibilities will be to:
- Assist the driver in the safe operation of the route and manage students as defined/identified by school.
- Student management and communication of behavior problems to drivers
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process
- Good verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and follow a route sheet or electronic routing device
- Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
