Summary
The Mohs Technician is responsible for preparing tissue samples through fixing and staining while maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment. They must also ensure the work area remains clean and disinfected and manage the inventory of supplies.

Integrated Dermatology has an opportunity for a part-time Mohs Tech in our North Raleigh location.
To join our team, you MUST be a team player, highly motivated with the ability to precisely and accurately perform routine histology techniques.
Job Description
- Use maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, keep a clean and disinfected work area
- Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying and other methods
- Maintain inventory of supplies, material and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
Job Type:
- Part-time: Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 7:45am-2pm
Experience:
- Mohs or Medical Assistant experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
- HT(ASCP) preferred not required
