As Mobilization Project Coordinator, you'll help turn vision into action by coordinating projects, supporting systems, and ensuring the Mobilization team has the tools, communication, and resources needed to serve effectively. The Mobilization team plays a vital role in helping individuals explore, prepare for, and pursue their calling to missions. That's where you come in. By coordinating key projects, supporting operational excellence, and helping teams stay aligned and equipped, you'll contribute to the work of sending more laborers to the Muslim world.

About the Role

As Mobilization Project Coordinator, you will:

• Support the implementation and ongoing execution of Mobilization systems, processes, and projects under the guidance of the Operations Lead
• Help ensure smooth handoffs and communication between teams within the mobilization pathway
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns in execution and elevate them to the Operations Lead
• Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and resources across the Mobilization team
• Assist in maintaining documentation, templates, and shared resources for team use
• Partner with Mobilization staff to ensure they are equipped with the information and tools needed for effective execution

What We’re Looking For

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support preferred
• Experience working in a nonprofit or ministry environment preferred
• Basic understanding of project coordination, task tracking, and workflow management
• Ability to take initiative while also working under direction and guidance
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
