Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Milkshake Mixologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll craft high-quality, hand-spun milkshakes and specialty desserts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and serve milkshakes, sundaes, and other specialty desserts to company standards 
•  Accurately follow recipes while maintaining consistency and presentation quality 
•  Operate and maintain milkshake equipment, blenders, and prep stations 
•  Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service 
•  Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked 
•  Handle customer orders, including customizing requests when possible 
•  Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines 
•  Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume periods 

Qualifications:

•  Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•  Strong attention to detail and cleanliness 
•  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
•  Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Physical Requirements:

•  Ability to stand for extended periods 
•  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs 
•  Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes loud environment
