CDL-A OTR Truck Driver | Dry Van, Flatbed, and Conestoga | Top Earners Make $2,600 to $4,000+ per Week

MigWay is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for our Dry Van, Flatbed, and Conestoga divisions. We offer consistent miles, modern equipment, competitive pay, and an in-house dispatch team that plans ahead and supports you around the clock.

PAY BY DIVISION

Dry Van

• Top earners make $2,600 to $3,600+ per week, including bonuses
• Average 3,000+ miles per week
• Performance-based earning opportunities

Flatbed and Conestoga

• Top earners make $3,000 to $4,000+ per week, including bonuses
• $100 per tarped load for Flatbed drivers
• Average 3,000+ miles per week
• Performance-based earning opportunities

BONUSES AND INCENTIVES

• Sign-on bonus up to $3,000
• Clean inspection bonus: $300 for Level 1, $200 for Level 2, and $100 for Level 3
• Weekly safety bonus up to $53
• Idle bonus up to an additional $0.02 CPM
• $25 per extra stop
• $1,000 driver referral bonus
• Detention and layover pay available

• 2023 to 2027 Freightliner trucks and Volvo VNL 760 and 860 models

HOME TIME

• Weekly home time available

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least two years of recent OTR experience
• Clean driving record
• Must live in NC, SC, VA, KY, WV, IN, OH, PA, MD, DE, NY, IL, or TN
