Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Montana
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Montana clinical supervisors who can guide mental health professionals through licensure and professional growth. This role is ideal for licensed providers who enjoy supporting clinicians as they build confidence, sharpen their clinical judgment, and understand professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional feedback
- Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Montana supervision and licensing requirements
- Maintain organized supervision communication
- Active Montana clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Montana board rules
- Prior supervision experience preferred
