Job Details: Job Location: DI - HQ - Overland Park, KS, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Metal Fabricator (All Levels) – Aluminum MIG Welding

We’re hiring metal fabricators at all experience levels—entry-level through senior.

If you’ve done MIG welding—especially aluminum—you’ll fit right in.

We build custom, one-off projects—not repetitive production work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and assemble custom metal projects
MIG weld (mostly aluminum, some steel)
Read prints (based on your experience level)
Grind, sand, and finish parts
Work with a team to get quality builds out the door

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MIG welding experience (school or on-the-job)
Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work
Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
Willing to learn and get better

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE: 

Aluminum welding experience
TIG experience
Custom fab or sign industry experience

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME

Entry-Level: Just out of school or getting started
Mid-Level: Can run jobs with minimal help
Senior: Can lead builds and help others level up

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position.
