Job Title: Merchandise Store Associate

Location: Colorado Eagles Team Store
Reports To: Merchandise Manager / Store Supervisor
Position Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:

As a Merchandise Store Associate for the Colorado Eagles, you’ll be the face of our team store, delivering an exceptional fan shopping experience on game days and throughout the season. You'll assist with retail operations, engage with fans, and help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic retail environment that reflects the excitement of Eagles hockey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions

• Restock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays

• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly

• Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization

• Help set up and break down store displays on game days and events

• Stay informed on current promotions, product features, and team knowledge

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in store areas

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns professionally

• Support the merchandise team with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days

• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle fast-paced environments

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
