Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Arkansas
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to developing mental health professionals
- Review clinical cases, documentation, treatment plans, and ethical concerns
- Support supervisees with skill-building and professional growth
- Follow Arkansas supervision and licensing expectations
- Maintain organized supervision records
- Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must meet Arkansas requirements to provide supervision
- Prior experience supervising clinicians preferred
