Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Arkansas
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Arkansas clinical supervisors who can provide steady support to therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a trusted guide during the early or transitional stages of a clinician’s career.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional consultation
- Support supervisees with case review, ethics, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help clinicians develop confidence in their clinical voice
- Follow Arkansas supervision and licensing expectations
- Keep accurate and organized supervision records
- Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must meet Arkansas requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
