Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Connecticut
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals
- Provide feedback on cases, documentation, and treatment planning
- Support ethical decision-making and professional development
- Follow Connecticut licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain clear supervision expectations and records
- Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must be qualified to supervise under Connecticut board requirements
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
