Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Alabama
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for licensed clinical supervisors in Alabama who want to support mental health professionals as they grow in their careers. This role is a good fit for experienced providers who enjoy offering guidance, reviewing clinical work, and helping supervisees build confidence in their practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals
- Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making
- Offer clear feedback that helps supervisees grow professionally
- Maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements
- Help promote quality supervision through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform
- Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified or approved to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements
- Prior experience supervising counselors, therapists, or clinical social workers preferred
