Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Illinois
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Illinois clinical supervisors who can support developing mental health professionals with steady, practical supervision. This role is designed for experienced providers who understand how important mentorship, ethics, documentation, and case consultation are in building strong clinicians.
Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can find supervisors who match their professional goals and licensure needs. Illinois supervisors who join the platform can help make clinical supervision easier to access while growing their visibility to qualified supervisees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
- Support documentation, case review, treatment planning, and ethics
- Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
- Follow Illinois supervision and licensing standards
- Maintain professional supervision records
- Active Illinois clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Illinois requirements to provide supervision
- Experience supervising counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
