Job Description
Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Alaska
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and clinical consultation to developing clinicians
- Help supervisees review cases, documentation, ethics, and treatment direction
- Support professional confidence and sound clinical judgment
- Follow applicable Alaska supervision requirements
- Keep communication professional, clear, and timely
- Active Alaska clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must meet Alaska requirements to provide clinical supervision
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
