Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Indiana
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed clinical supervisors in Indiana who want to support mental health professionals as they work toward independent practice. This role is ideal for supervisors who can provide clear feedback, ethical guidance, and practical support in day-to-day clinical development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethics, documentation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability
- Follow Indiana licensing and supervision rules
- Maintain clear communication and supervision records
- Active Indiana clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to supervise under Indiana board requirements
- Prior clinical supervision experience preferred
