Job Description
Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: North Dakota
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking North Dakota clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians build confidence in their clinical work. This role is ideal for licensed providers who value clear communication, ethical practice, and consistent professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and professional growth
- Help supervisees strengthen clinical confidence
- Follow North Dakota supervision and licensing requirements
- Maintain organized supervision records
- Active North Dakota clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under North Dakota board rules
- Supervision experience preferred
