Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Arkansas
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed clinical supervisors in Arkansas who want to help counselors and therapists build strong, ethical, and confident clinical practice. This role is well suited for experienced professionals who understand the value of consistent feedback and practical supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
- Support case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees understand professional standards and licensing expectations
- Follow Arkansas supervision requirements
- Maintain clear supervision notes and communication
- Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Arkansas requirements to provide supervision
- Supervisory experience with counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
