Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Massachusetts
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Massachusetts clinical supervisors who are interested in supporting mental health professionals through licensure and early career development. This role is ideal for providers who bring experience, patience, and practical insight to the supervision process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and clinical consultation
- Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and case review
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Massachusetts supervision and licensing rules
- Maintain organized and professional communication
- Active Massachusetts clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Massachusetts board requirements
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
