Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Delaware
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed clinical supervisors in Delaware who are ready to support developing mental health professionals with clear and structured supervision. This role is ideal for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians grow through feedback, case review, ethical discussion, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision for developing professionals
- Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
- Help supervisees understand clinical standards and expectations
- Follow Delaware supervision and licensing requirements
- Maintain clear supervision records and communication
- Active Delaware clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Delaware board rules
- Prior supervision or leadership experience preferred
