Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Delaware
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Delaware clinical supervisors who are ready to support developing clinicians with structure, clarity, and care. This role is ideal for experienced providers who enjoy helping supervisees strengthen their clinical confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional consultation
- Support treatment planning, documentation, case review, and ethical decision-making
- Help supervisees understand professional standards
- Follow Delaware licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain clear supervision records
- Active Delaware clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must meet Delaware requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision or leadership experience preferred
