Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Minnesota
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Minnesota clinical supervisors who are ready to support mental health professionals through structured and meaningful supervision. This role is a great fit for experienced providers who enjoy mentoring clinicians and helping them grow with clarity and confidence.
The Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians find supervisors by location, license type, specialty, and supervision goals. By joining Gotham, Minnesota supervisors can connect with clinicians who are actively searching for supervision that fits their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethical decision-making, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees develop strong clinical judgment
- Follow Minnesota supervision and licensing standards
- Maintain clear supervision expectations and records
- Active Minnesota clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Minnesota board rules
- Supervision experience preferred
