Job Description
Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Utah
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Utah clinical supervisors who can provide consistent and practical guidance to counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals. This role is ideal for supervisors who value strong mentorship, ethical standards, and clear communication.
The Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians connect with supervisors based on state, license type, specialty, and supervision needs. By joining Gotham, Utah supervisors can make their services more accessible to clinicians looking for support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case review
- Support treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and professional growth
- Help supervisees develop sound clinical judgment
- Follow Utah licensing and supervision standards
- Maintain professional supervision records
- Active Utah clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must meet Utah requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
