Job Description
Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Minnesota
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Minnesota clinical supervisors who are ready to support mental health professionals through structured and meaningful supervision. This role is a great fit for experienced providers who enjoy mentoring clinicians and helping them grow with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethical decision-making, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees develop strong clinical judgment
- Follow Minnesota supervision and licensing standards
- Maintain clear supervision expectations and records
- Active Minnesota clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Minnesota board rules
- Supervision experience preferred
