Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Alaska
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking clinical supervisors in Alaska who can provide thoughtful support to mental health professionals working toward independent practice. This position is ideal for supervisors who bring patience, experience, and practical insight to the supervision process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and clinical consultation to developing clinicians
- Review documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and clinical decision-making
- Help supervisees build confidence in their practice
- Follow applicable Alaska supervision requirements
- Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisees
- Active Alaska clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must meet Alaska requirements to provide clinical supervision
- Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians preferred
