Job Details: Job Location: Centennial Fitness Center - Park Ridge, IL, Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00Hourly, : The Park Ridge Park District is currently seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to provide a high level of customer service at the Centennial Fitness Center as our Membership Services Representative. Selected individual will be responsible for processing daily transactions such as check-ins, membership registrations, program registrations, booking and checking reservations, and facility bookings. This position will be responsive to the general needs and requests of all members, participants, guests and staff in-person and over the phone.
Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of six months clerical experience and an intermediate level of computer and clerical skills. Basic level written and verbal communication in the English language is required. Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently. Applicants should possess a desire to motivate others to live a healthy and active lifestyle! Experience working in a fitness or recreational facility and experience with Rec Trac software is a plus. Applicants must possess current CPR/AED certification or the ability to become certified (through the District) within 90 days of employment.
Availability: We are seeking applicants to open on weekdays and weekends with the opportunity to sub mornings and mid-day.
