We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to building a strong community through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, programs, and pricing.
• Emphasize and reinforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service background and proficiency in Club Ready software.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to attend special events and training as needed.

Schedule

Flexible hours between 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
