Job Description
The Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. We are currently looking for openers (5:30-9:00am) and closers (4:00-9:00pm). This part time position starts at $13.00 per hour.
DUTIES of a Member Services Associate
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
