Member Experience Specialist II

Job Details: Job Location: Main Office - Maine State Credit Union - Augusta, ME, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00Hourly, Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people reach their financial goals? We're seeking a Member Experience Specialist II to join our high-volume Augusta Branch, where you'll build meaningful member relationships, support daily branch operations, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you'll build strong member relationships, process financial transactions, identify financial needs, recommend products and services, and serve as a resource for team members. You'll also assist with branch operations, cash management, fraud prevention, and assisting with training newer staff.

What You'll Do

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
Provide personalized solutions that support members' financial well-being
Educate members on Credit Union products and services
Assist with fraud prevention and account research
Support and train Member Experience Specialist team members
Participate in community outreach and branch initiatives

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, banking, credit unions, financial services, or cash-handling environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
Previous teller or credit union experience preferred

Compensation: 20/hr-22/hr depending on experience.
