At Superior Choice Credit Union, our Member Consultants are more than service representatives. They are trusted financial guides, relationship builders, and the friendly voices that support our members through phone and virtual channels every day.

What You'll Do

As a Member Consultant, you'll help members manage their financial needs while delivering an exceptional experience through every call, message, and virtual interaction.

• Provide outstanding service to members through inbound and outbound phone calls and other virtual communication channels
• Answer member questions and resolve account-related concerns professionally, accurately, and efficiently
• Assist members with account and service requests while delivering a positive experience
• Help members discover products and services that support their financial goals
• Conduct proactive outreach calls to strengthen member relationships and engagement
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding service and genuine conversations
• Maintain accurate member account information and keep records up to date
• Support credit union policies, procedures, and compliance expectations
• Stay informed on products, services, and operating procedures to effectively support members

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You enjoy working with people and have a knack for creating positive experiences, even when conversations happen over the phone or through virtual channels. You're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems, products, and procedures.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has one to three years of customer service, call center, financial services, banking, or related experience
• Communicates effectively and professionally, especially over the phone
• Enjoys solving problems and helping members find solutions
• Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and follows procedures consistently
• Is comfortable using computers, email, internet, and multiple software systems simultaneously
• Has a positive attitude, self-motivation, and enjoys working independently and as part of a team
