About the Role: Raydal Hospitality is looking for a skilled and dedicated Meat Processing Associate to join our team in Mount Holly, NC. Responsibilities: 

• Perform trimming, cutting, and preparation of meat products to established quality and portion standards
• Operate meat processing equipment including knives, band saws, and slicers safely and efficiently
• Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with HACCP and health regulations
• Monitor and rotate product inventory to ensure proper freshness and minimize waste
• Follow production schedules and meet daily throughput and yield targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient processing operations

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience in meat processing, butchery, or food production preferred
• Proficiency with meat trimming tools including boning knives and processing equipment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cold or refrigerated environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift
