Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Materials Coordinator to join our team at the Wausau - ECLSI facility. The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and inventory to ensure production schedules are met efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Work closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
• Track and report on material usage, discrepancies, and shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to material handling.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This position is based at our Wausau - ECLSI facility and may require frequent lifting and standing for extended periods. The Materials Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment supporting production and warehouse operations. Travel to the satellite location when needed is a requirement of the position.
