Job Summary:The Material Handling Equipment Operator is responsible for loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and safely moving material within the warehouse by carrying, lifting, and safely operating a hand truck, or skid steer. Minimum 1 hour of pay for brief on call skid steer duties. 
Responsibilities:

• Help unload and load trucks in a safe manner
• Receive and sort 
• Operate a skid steer or pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Help maintain strict organization in the backroom
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Always have a customer-first mentality

Qualifications:

• Willingness to gain a vast knowledge of consumable products
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• At least 18 years of age.
