Certified Mat Pilates Instructor

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate Certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly certified instructors or dedicated apprentices looking to increase their teaching hours and build a community. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, step-by-step guidance in a supportive environment, leading classes that emphasize form, alignment, and core strength. 

Key Responsibilities:

Class Delivery: Plan and instruct engaging, safe, and effective 60-minute Mat Pilates classes.

Instruction & Modifications: 

Provide clear alignment cues and offer modifications or progressions for participants with varying fitness levels or injuries.

Member Engagement:

Build welcoming, motivational relationships with members to encourage regular attendance.

Professional Conduct:

Arrive punctually, manage class transitions smoothly, and maintain an organized workout environment.

Certification: Completed or currently pursuing a Mat Pilates Certification from a recognized education program.

Safety Credentials: Current CPR/AED certification.

Experience: Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we highly value passion and reliability. And a willingness to learn.

Core Strengths: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude. And professional reliability.

Targeted Schedule: Tuesdays 6:45-7:45pm, Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm, Thursdays 6:45-7:45pm.
