How you will enjoy your day:  Conducts and coordinates training programs for MA Service Providers and assisting with Operations introduction and treatment knowledge, with a focus on Forbes. Assist Mii amo leadership in areas of treatment development, training, standards and guest satisfaction, helping to build a proper service culture within Mii amo.

Work Performed:

1. Coordinate and conduct Service Provider team members’ orientation, Forbes Standards training, customer service training, Protocol training and other training meetings as necessary. 
2. Block therapists and help manage schedule for trainings.
3. Manage treatment rooms for trainings.
4. Maintain excellent knowledge on all services and products.
5. Develop treatment protocols and SOP’s to support service offerings. 
6. Assist with the on-boarding of new hires providing training on services, service culture and standards.
7. Works with Spa leadership to ensure proper SOP and training manuals, onboarding and daily checklist are implemented. 
8. Coordinate with product/tech vendor partners to provide team with training, protocols, procedures
9. Inspect Forbes Training standards and incorporate into protocols, procedures and trainings. 
10. Assist in reviewing QA (Quality Assurance) with Spa leadership team, identifying areas for improved consistency and service execution, refining training for improvement.
11. Assist Training Manager with trainings and materials as requested.
12. Develop and maintains relations with Mii amo team.
13. Maintain confidentiality of Mii amo information at all times.
14. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Arizona State licensed. At least 5 years Spa treatment experience currently employed at Mii amo as a Service Practitioner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities. Training skills. Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable and willing to learn new procedures and methods. Excellent computer skills required. Strong team member relations skills.
