We are one of Elements Massage’s most successful new Studios, open now for Nine years. We are Searching for Therapists committed to Changing the Lives of our Clients!

We aim to Change Lives by providing the Best Therapeutic Massage.

• Our customer satisfaction scores for our studio are some of the highest in the industry (trending above 90%).
• We can help ensure you are equipped to provide a fantastic massage experience with our Elements Service Path and proprietary Elements client-therapist matching system.
• We plan to double our business in the next year. We also turn away many clients, particularly on weekends. That means clients are available for you to treat.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best therapeutic massage experience possible
• Educate clients on how regular massage can personally benefit them 
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces
• Work with clients to develop a treatment plan that is best for them
• Work with the front desk to create a seamless transition and prep the customer for a discussion about membership.  

Qualifications

• 0-100 years of experience
• must be able to qualify for a Massage therapist license in the city of St. Louis Park
• must be able to carry professional liability insurance
