Massage Therapist

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist (part time) to join our luxurious spa team in Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to the individual needs of our guests, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. You will work in a serene and professional environment dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities based on guest preferences and needs.
• Consult with guests to assess their conditions, identify areas of concern, and determine appropriate massage treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Document treatment outcomes and guest preferences to ensure personalized care on subsequent visits.
• Collaborate with spa team members and management to uphold the high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Valid Florida massage therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience as a massage therapist in a spa, wellness center, or resort environment.
• Two years experience preferred.
• Dual licensing with aesthetician license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays based on resort needs.
