Elements Massage Ridgefield is under new ownership, and we are building a vibrant studio atmosphere where our team feels like family — fun, supportive, and professional.

Compensation and Benefits
- Professional Therapists start at $55-$65/hour with tips
- Additional pay for add-on services
- Pay for no-shows/late cancels
- Hiring bonus for team members both part-time and full-time

Qualifications and Skills
- Completed or pursuing a Massage Therapist educational program.

Licensed in Connecticut or in the process of obtaining Connecticut massage therapy certification/licensure.
