Massage Therapist – Join Our Spa Team!
Are you passionate about helping others relax, heal, and feel their best? We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team and deliver remarkable guest experiences in a welcoming and professional environment.
Opportunity Overview
As a Massage Therapist, you will provide a variety of massage and spa treatments tailored to each guest's needs while maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
What You Will Do
- Perform massage and spa services in accordance with established protocols
- Customize treatments based on client needs, preferences, and health conditions
- Prepare treatment rooms with proper supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
- Review client intake forms and communicate effectively to ensure safe, comfortable services
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Promote and recommend retail spa products to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with laundry and general spa upkeep
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Current Virginia State Massage Therapy License (in good standing)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence
Desired:
- Previous experience working in a resort or spa setting
Schedule
Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
- $12.77 per hour
