As we continue to grow our outreach and impact, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help amplify our mission, share our story, and strengthen engagement across the communities we serve. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to combine creativity with purpose while supporting initiatives that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-site marketing events, including job fairs, community events, and local promotions
- Coordinate logistics for events, venues, materials, setup, staffing, schedules
- Represent the company at community events, outreach programs, and partner locations
- Manage and distribute print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
- Support location-based and regional marketing campaigns
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to drive local engagement
- Track event participation, leads, and overall effectiveness of field efforts
- Build relationships with community partners, vendors, and local organizations
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and organization of marketing supplies
- Provide on-site support during promotions, ensuring smooth execution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
- Internship or hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking with the ability to support brand messaging
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Additional qualifications include
- Fluency in English and Spanish proficiency

Its aim to serve immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Mexico and Europe. The organization received its first contract with Illinois Department on Aging(IDOA) to administer homecare services to ethnic seniors in 1993 via Universal Industries.
Our Community Care program is unique. For the past three decades we have been at the forefront of meeting the requirements of the South Asian immigrant community and have since evolved to serve all communities. We are dedicated and determined to provide services to the elderly in their home rather than institutionalized in a nursing homes. We consider our participant's cultural and social preferences very carefully before assigning a Caregiver in order to best match their needs.
