Marketing Compliance Specialist

Role Summary

As AI and LLM-generated marketing content continues to grow, so does the need for thoughtful, scalable compliance review. Integreon is anticipating an increase in claim reviews beginning later this month, and we're looking for an experienced marketing compliance professional—or qualified consulting partner—to help support our higher education institutions.

This engagement is expected to require approximately 20–30 hours per week and offers flexibility in how services are delivered. We're especially interested in partners who can recommend efficient, scalable review models and are open to alternative fee arrangements, including flat-fee or volume-based pricing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance and alignment with claims guidance
• Compare marketing claims against approved claim libraries and established standards
• Identify, flag, and escalate novel or higher-risk compliance issues
• Provide practical, business-focused recommendations that help teams move forward—not just identify barriers
• Track review trends to improve consistency, efficiency, and risk mitigation across institutions

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience with higher education marketing compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulations impacting marketing and advertising claims
• Experience supporting high-volume marketing review environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• A collaborative "no, but" mindset—helping business partners find compliant solutions rather than simply saying no
• Familiarity with Workfront is preferred
• Experience supporting career-focused or proprietary higher education institutions is a plus
