As our Marketing Communications and Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns and operational workflows that support lead generation, customer engagement, events, and business growth.

This position offers two location options: you can either be based in San José, Costa Rica, or be based in the United States and work remotely.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign execution, data management, and performance tracking. You will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, leads are managed and routed accurately, and marketing performance is measured through reliable data and reporting.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, landing pages, forms, and customer nurture programs across global markets.
• Drive marketing communications initiatives that support product launches, event promotion, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
• Manage lead processes and routing, campaign tracking and attribution, audience segmentation, database quality, and CRM integration to ensure operational excellence and effective sales follow-up.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing and digital communications activities for trade shows, webinars, conferences, customer events, and product launches, including pre- and post-event promotion and lead follow-up.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution, strengthen brand visibility, and achieve commercial objectives.
• Support paid search and digital media initiatives, including Google Ads, through audience targeting, performance monitoring, budget tracking, and continuous optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience with event promotion and marketing for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar systems.
• Experience with web content management systems (CMS), including WordPress; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred.
• Professional certifications in HubSpot and/or Google Ads are a strong plus. Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing automation platforms are also valued.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and their application to content, automation, campaign optimization, and analytics is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, campaign performance measurement, and customer journey optimization.
• Fluent English is required; German is preferred.
