About the job

In this position, you lead the activation and delivery of large-scale global marketing campaigns that support business objectives and strengthen market impact. Working across functions, regions, and external partners, you bring people together around a shared vision and ensure campaigns are executed successfully from concept through delivery. As a senior member of the Marketing Activation team, you also contribute to strengthening campaign excellence across the function through guidance and support to colleagues.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the activation and execution of global marketing campaigns.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including external partners and agencies.
• Develop campaign activation plans, content strategies, budgets, and timelines.
• Shape campaign messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, content, and campaign assets across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage risks, and present recommendations and results to senior stakeholders.

Location and flexibility

This position is based in the Americas. Preferred locations are Mexico or Brazil, although candidates located in the United States or Canada are also considered.

Your profile

You’re an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of leading complex, integrated campaigns in an international environment. Success in this position comes from your ability to align stakeholders, drive momentum, and translate business objectives into compelling marketing initiatives.

Your background includes

• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• A strong background in marketing, brand building, communications, campaign management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across multiple stakeholders and regions.
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and campaign development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.

You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy supporting colleagues while creating structure in complex environments. With a strong commercial mindset and data-informed approach, you balance creativity with execution and continuously look for ways to strengthen campaign performance and business impact.
