Supports the Marketing Department with the exhibits program for major book conferences and provides clerical support for author events, awards, publicity outreach, promotional materials, and routine budget tracking.
Qualifications
Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:2+ years Relevant Office Experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Experience with digital marketing (email, social media, etc.); familiarity with MS Office necessary. Organizational skills/ability to multitask; ability to travel. Experience with title management systems.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Familiarity with InDesign, Dreamweaver, and WordPress.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.334. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items. NYU London, an affiliate of New York University, aims to create a study abroad programme of exceptional quality for its students, offering around 450-500 undergraduate students per semester (and a small number of graduate students) the opportunity to spend one semester or more living in London whilst studying for NYU accredited courses. The programme includes a group of first-year students beginning their college career in London.

Specialized programs are available in Africana studies, art and architecture, business, mathematics, British literature and writing, pre-health, and psychology. Courses in math, biology, chemistry, and physics accommodate students whose schedules might not otherwise allow for a semester of global study. Additionally, NYU is the only institution in London to offer science courses approved by the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) for medical school admittance. NYU London encourages students to enroll in for-credit internships with key institutions in fields including marketing, finance, media, law, politics, health, and theatre.
