In this role, you will assist with direct market research, performance analytics, campaign split-testing, and day-to-day operational tasks required to bring new client brands to market. Key Responsibilities

Brand Launch & Marketing Support

• Go-to-Market Assistance: Support the end-to-end launch tracking of new client brands from raw concept through live deployment.

• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and map growth opportunities.

• Campaign Deployment Support: Assist with campaign planning, cross-channel execution, and real-time optimization across multiple marketing pipelines.

• Creative Strategy Audits: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique creative angles and value propositions that differentiate client brands in crowded verticals.

Analytics & Market Testing

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor live campaign performance daily and track key direct-response metrics across advertising dashboards.

• A/B Split Testing: Assist with setting up A/B tests, reviewing market testing data, and building internal reporting structures to identify performance wins.

• Insight Synthesis: Clean, compile, and present analytical findings into simple, actionable data summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Data-Driven Tracking: Maintain rigorous project performance logs to back executive decision-making with empirical evidence.

Operations & Project Coordination

• Timeline Governance: Coordinate daily task lists and project timelines to ensure complex brand launches remain strictly on schedule.

• Documentation Management: Build and maintain meticulously organized project documentation, tracking spreadsheets, and internal databases.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Execute administrative and operational workflows across multiple internal divisions to clear processing bottlenecks.

• Client Onboarding Lift: Support the technical and logistical onboarding of new clients to ensure frictionless project handoffs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience Level: Previous experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, corporate administration, or a related fast-paced field is highly preferred.

• Analytical Aptitude: A naturally data-driven mindset with an explicit interest in metrics, reporting dashboards, and structured market research.

• Software Fluency: High proficiency across Google Workspace(Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office(Excel, Word). Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira) is a distinct advantage.

• Creative Problem Solving: Strong capability to think outside the box, solve logistical wrinkles independently, and suggest workflow optimization patches.
