Marketing Analyst - A/E/C Marketing & Proposals

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Analyst - A/E/C Marketing & Proposals based in United States.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity for an experienced A/E/C marketing professional to support proposals, pursuits, and business development initiatives.
You’ll turn complex technical information into clear, persuasive content that helps win new opportunities and communicate project expertise.
The role combines proposal development, research, content creation, database management, and broader marketing support.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical professionals, marketing leaders, and business development stakeholders across multiple markets.
The position offers increasing ownership, allowing you to develop stronger strategic judgment and independence as you gain experience.

Accountabilities

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit materials using established processes, templates, and quality standards.

• Review RFP/RFQ and solicitation requirements and coordinate proposal activities, schedules, contributors, and deliverables.

• Research and assemble relevant project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical information, graphics, differentiators, and approach content.

• Write, edit, proofread, format, and organize persuasive client-facing content that clearly communicates capabilities and value.

• Translate complex technical and project information into compelling stories, project profiles, case studies, presentations, brochures, articles, award submissions, and other marketing materials.

• Research upcoming projects, clients, procurement activity, and potential teaming opportunities to support business development efforts.

• Complete and coordinate prequalification packages, vendor registrations, teaming documentation, MBE/SBE information, and other pursuit requirements.

• Maintain accurate client, project, pursuit, and marketing information within A/E/C CRM, project databases, and marketing information systems.

• Research and organize project information for proposals, marketing initiatives, project closeouts, and business development reporting.

• Support website and social media content, public relations initiatives, and coordination with external marketing partners.

• Assist with client interviews, presentations, conferences, events, and other business development and brand-building activities.

• Manage multiple concurrent proposals, prequalifications, marketing projects, and deadlines while communicating proactively with stakeholders.

• Build increasing knowledge of projects, clients, markets, services, systems, and differentiators while progressively taking greater ownership of marketing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of progressive marketing, proposal, communications, or related experience within the A/E/C industry.

• Direct experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, marketing collateral, or comparable client-facing pursuit materials.

• Strong ability to transform complex or technical information into clear, compelling written and visual communications.

• Professional proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, or related applications.

• Experience using A/E/C-specific CRM systems, project databases, or marketing information platforms.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, research, layout, organizational, and visual communication skills.

• Ability to locate, organize, evaluate, and validate information from multiple sources.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments, contributors, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to take ownership of assigned work while recognizing when additional review, input, or strategic guidance is needed.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical professionals and marketing and business development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Preferred: A/E/C and federal marketing, proposal, or procurement experience.

• Preferred: experience with public-sector procurement, prequalifications, qualifications-based selection processes, or similar pursuit requirements.

• Preferred: experience with website content management systems and professional social media platforms.

• Ability and interest to progressively expand responsibilities and develop toward Marketing Specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist roles.

• Candidates must reside full-time in the United States.

Benefits

• Annual salary range of $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
