Job Description
Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Portland - Portland, OR, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Carson is looking for a Marketing Administrator who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and thrives in a hands-on environment. This role provides exposure to a wide range of marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels. Success in this position comes from being willing to contribute wherever help is needed, learn new skills, and support the team in both creative and operational capacities.
The Marketing Administrator will support marketing campaigns, events, communications, content development, project coordination, vendor relationships, and administrative functions. Responsibilities may include assisting with creative projects, organizing marketing materials, coordinating event logistics, processing purchase orders, tracking projects, building content, supporting campaigns, and helping ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively from concept through completion.

We value team members who take pride in contributing to the overall success of the organization regardless of the task.
The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, shift between projects as business needs change, and consistently follow established processes. Experience with project management software is helpful, but a willingness to learn new systems and adopt team workflows is more important. Strong candidates are curious, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by continuous learning and professional growth.

Attend and support events, including tradeshows, customer appreciation events and excursions

Associates degree in marketing or administration nice to have but not required
1 year of experience in office administration or marketing support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
